Labiaplasty Majora - vaginal surgery (cosmetic vaginal surgery)

The outer lips of the vulva can be enlarged with excess skin and tissue. This enlargement can cause an embarrassing bulge in pants, swimsuits and tight sports wear. It can also increase the discomfort of sweating in the vulva, resulting infections and unpleasant smell. The labia Majora may be enlarged from birth, secondary to childbirth, suddenly and major weight loosing such as post bariatric surgery or due to aging. We are using special technique to reduce the size of the labia Majora by removing a crescent shaped portion of the inner portion of the labia Majora. The scar is hidden in the crease between the inner and outer labia. Labiaplasty is done in the operating room and in the office under local anaesthesia with some sedation or under spinal anaesthesia. We use Radiofrequency device as well as Laser device to reduce tissue destruction witch is happening with common knife usage. Procedure will take 60-90 minutes. Patients does not need to stay overnight in clinic. You can go back to your job few days later. Sexual activity and gymnastic should be avoided for the next 4-6 weeks. Combination of Labiaplasty (Minora & Majora) is common, and we advise our patients to do it when thy need it since the post surgical results are great and sure will give them the what they have imagine.
